B. William Cleveland – CPA, Partner
William, the managing and audit partner, co-founded The Cleveland Group with Tracy Cleveland in 2006. Prior to founding TCG, William was the founding partner of Cleveland & Anderson, CPAs in 1976.
William has extensive experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, and estate planning. He graduated from Augusta State University in 1970 and was licensed by the state of Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant in 1973. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
William serves on the Advisory Board of First Bank of Georgia, serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Directors for the Columbia County Arts Council. He is a member of West Acres Baptist Church and Champions Retreat Golf Club. He is a past president of the Martinez-Evans Rotary Club and past secretary-treasurer of Rotary District 6910. William is also a Rotary International “Paul Harris Fellow”.
William is passionate in providing a positive working culture within The Cleveland Group as well as within the community. He is married and has three children, one stepdaughter, and four grandchildren.
Tracy F. Cleveland – CPA, Partner
Tracy Fortson Cleveland is the partner in charge of client accounting. She began her career with Cleveland and Anderson CPAs in 1991, became a partner in 2002, and co-founded The Cleveland Group Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors, LLC in 2006.
Tracy earned her degree from Augusta State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in accounting. She obtained her license as a certified public accountant in 1996. Tracy has sixteen years of experience in taxation, accounting, and auditing and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Tracy is married, has one daughter, three stepchildren, and four step-grandchildren. She is a member of West Acres Baptist Church and is an advocate for breast cancer awareness. She currently serves on the Youth Leadership Committee for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and enjoys her interaction with the county’s youth. When she is not focused on the well-being of her clients, she enjoys being a soccer mom, reading, traveling, and shopping.

Angela C. Brock – CME, Director of Marketing & Administration
Angela brings to The Cleveland Group a way of creating a positive working environment that moves people to see the big picture and an organization to bring the firm to its goals. Prior to beginning her career in 2002 as the Director of Marketing & Administration for The Cleveland Group, she worked for Aiken County Public Schools for thirteen years where her responsibilities were accounting, administration, and instructing girl’s sports.
Angela is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing, Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc, and the Society of Human Resource Management. She works extensively with the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce by serving on the Executive Board, the Golf Tournament Committee, and as the Chair for the Programs committee. In 2007, she served on the Board of Directors for CSRA Heat Junior Olympic Volleyball Club. Angela also served as an ambassador for Business Network International where she earned the Gold Club Award.
Angela’s main goals are to be an essential part of The Cleveland Group by bridging the gap between management, staff, and community as well as being a devoted wife and mother.
Estevan R. Price – CPA
Estevan specializes in audit and is in charge of IT services. He is a licensed certified public accountant by the State of Georgia and has over 14 years of experience in public accounting. During this time, he has managed a number of audits of various types including contractors, not-for-profits, and employee benefit plans. Estevan has also led the firm’s initiative to create a paperless work environment.
Estevan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Augusta State University where he graduated in 1995. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA’s), and Business Network International. He also served as an officer of the local chapter of the GSCPA’s for four years.
Estevan believes in serving the community. He serves on several local boards and committees for not-for-profit organizations and is a strong advocate for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Estevan is married and has two daughters. He and his family attend Stevens Creek Community Church.
Adam S. Williams – Manager
Adam began his career with The Cleveland Group when he was still a college student in 2000 as a delivery and payroll clerk. He graduated from Evans High School in 1999 and then from Augusta State University in 2003 with a degree in accounting. Adam is currently working on his certification to become a CPA. He is a member of Business Network International where he serves as President of his chapter. Adam is QuickBooks Certified, an active member of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Augusta State University Alumni Board.
Adam enjoys college football, golf, and traveling on weekends.
